The CEO Leadership Forum is a customized peer-learning program that provides collaborative learning opportunities, personal executive development and ongoing peer support.

It is designed to assist participants in addressing pertinent issues and enhancing leadership competencies.

Skills are enhanced through monthly 3-hour working sessions and off-line networking and coaching on topics such as: developing a vision, values-based leadership, working with the board, managing the organization, creating and maintaining client focus, building a competent workforce, using effective interpersonal behaviors, fostering external cooperation and developing resources.
