Young Audiences of Western New York is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Education with a background in one or more arts disciplines to direct the administration of arts education programming. S/he focuses on the outreach and cultivation of partnerships with the education community, artists, and arts community to maximize the positive impact of YA-WNY programs and services on teaching and learning. S/he strengthens the organization's leadership role in the field of arts education and works closely with the executive director to realize annual and long-term goals of YA-WNY.
