Southeast Works is seeking a Human Resources Director to work with the Executive Director and senior team members to direct and lead Human Resources and strategic functions. Must be capable of formulating and administering HR policies while furthering a culture of accountability and compliance. Accountable for but not limited to: training/ compensation /benefits/ recruitment / employee relations and management development. Strategically leads and empowers programs to build employee capabilities and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus seven (7) years experience in the human resources field or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field plus five (5) years general experience. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered. Valid NYS drivers license required.
