Southeast Works seeks an Executive Director with knowledge of the developmental disabilities sector and the changing program and funding scene in NYS. We need a leader who thinks strategically, manages to results and can speak at the agency,
local and state levels to the need for trained and empowered persons to provide quality services in a variety of settings: including but not limited to workshop, community, sites, residences and homes. We need a person able to manage and
execute the requirements of charitable, foundation, state and federal funding sources while living smoothly in the not-for-profit world and recognizing the public trust in the hands of the Board.

Qualifications: A leader of the highest character who is creative, compassionate, competent, transparent, committed and passionate with a proven track record of community leadership.
Masters Degree in a clinical area, non-profit or public administration or a related field plus 12 years of Program experience and at least 10 years of administrative and supervisory experience.
